
How do I return an item? Returns: If an item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department for return authorization within 7 days of invoice/receipt date. Returns: The 7-day Return/Exchange Policy applies to In-store & Online purchases.
*If your products leave our store after purchase, the sale is considered final in most cases.
If an item is damaged or defective, please contact your shipping carrier for return/refund authorization within 7 days of invoice/receipt date. Every package we ship is inspected, packaged appropriately and insured.
Refunds - All sales are considered final unless buyer contacts Country Arts & Jewelry within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We are certain you will be satisfied with your purchase but realize sometimes goods must be returned. If you wish to return your goods, contact Jessica at Sales@CountryArtsandJewelry.com for return instructions. All refunds will be made in form of a non-expiring store credit for cost of goods only. Shipping and handling are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee may apply & be deducted from credit to customers account.
*Please note - do not request to return your purchase if it has been used or washed as a store credit will not be honored. Returns must be in original packaging if applicable and qualify for resale. A store credit will not be issued until your return has been received and verified as being in resell condition.
*We will not honor returns past 7 days from receipt or invoice. No unauthorized returns.
Exchanges - The 7-day Return policy applies to size/style-only Exchanges as well, contact Jessica at Sales@CountryArtsandJewelry.com for exchange instructions. The customer is responsible for all associative shipping charges for an exchange, with that the new exchange item(s) will not be shipped until exchanging item(s) have been received & inspected for resale & new shipping charges are processed.
Cancellation - The consumer may email customer service at sales@countryartsandjewelry.com or caj123@simcon.net in order to cancel a processed order. If the processed order has already shipped, the Returns Policy shall come into affect, the customer will be responsible for all related shipping charges as well as the 15% restocking fee of the purchase order. A store credit minus the 15% restock fee will be applied to the customers account.
